These models are designed to work with an
external internet connection, such as a an external ADSL or cable modem. They are ideal to be used with a Telstra
Bigpond or Optus cable service, in conjunction with the cable modem supplied by
Bigpond/Optus. Please see the WAN FAQ.
Please note the Vigor2820 is a dual WAN
router with one WAN port having a built-in ADSL modem.
